Totally a no-go. Think of Fallout 4 and Fallout: New Vegas as apples and oranges – similar but definitely not the same fruit basket. Starting from scratch is the name of the game!

Nah, you can't keep your character from Fallout 4 for New Vegas. Fallout 4 and Fallout: New Vegas are two distinct games with separate stories and worlds. So, you'll have to start fresh and create a new character for your adventures in New Vegas. But hey, building a new character is half the fun!
