Actually, no. As much as we'd love to carry our gear and achievements across platforms, Fallout 76 doesn't allow linking accounts or cross-play between PC and Xbox. So, you're gonna have to pick a side and stick to it in the post-apocalyptic world!
Sadly, no. Fallout 76 treats PC and Xbox like two entirely different wastelands. So, you can't share your loot or progress across the platforms. Each platform is its own Vault, so to speak.
