Nope, you can't link accounts directly in Fallout Shelter. Each platform you play on (iOS, Android, PC, PS4, Xbox One, or Nintendo Switch) has its own separate save file. So, your vault's progress on your iPhone won’t magically appear on your PS4, unfortunately.

Actually, there's no built-in feature for account linking or save transfers between different platforms in Fallout Shelter. Each device you play on will have its own unique game progress. But hey, gives you a chance to try different strategies on different devices!
