Nope, you can't make your base bigger, but you can upgrade facilities and move to larger bases.
You can upgrade facilities to make better use of your space, but you can't actually make the base itself larger. Just gotta pack it in!
From experience, the best way to get a bigger base is to move your community to a new location that offers more slots. Keep an eye out for those spacious bases!
