Absolutely! GTA 5 can totally run on a low-end PC, but you'll need to tweak the settings. Crank those graphics settings down to low, reduce the resolution, and you might have to make peace with getting less than 60 FPS. But hey, it's all about the sweet life of crime in Los Santos, right?
