Short answer: Nope. The PS5 versions of games are designed for the PS5 hardware. So, GTA 5 for PS5 won't run on a PS4.

Tried it with my copy because why not? Can confirm, GTA 5 PS5 version is a no-go on the PS4. It's like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole – just doesn't work. Looks like you gotta get a PS5 or play the PS4 version.
