Nope, GTA 5 roleplay like you see on Twitch is PC-only. Console players have to stick to regular GTA Online.

I tried to get into GTA 5 roleplay on my Xbox One, but sadly it's a no-go. Had to switch to PC for that.

The roleplay servers you're thinking of are PC-exclusive. Xbox One players can only do standard GTA Online.
