Yup! You can play split screen on the Steam Deck, but it depends on the game supporting local multiplayer or split screen play. Not all games will support it, so make sure to check the game's specifications. Basically, if the game does it on PC, it should work on your Steam Deck too.

Nope, not a fan of split screen on such a small display. Just doesn't do it for me.

Short answer: Yes, but only if the game supports it. Not every game is gonna let you split that screen, so check before you get your hopes up!
