Yes! Four Swords is a part of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past & Four Swords for the GBA and was also available on the DSi and 3DS as Four Swords Anniversary Edition.
Sadly, the DSi and 3DS versions aren't available in the eShop anymore. You'll need the original GBA cart.
I've played it on my GBA with my friends! It's a blast if you can gather three more people and link up your systems.
