Nope, XCOM 2 is strictly a single-player game. However, there are mods that let you share the experience with friends.

Unfortunately, XCOM 2 doesn't have an official co-op mode. It's a solo mission commander!

From my experience, XCOM 2 is single-player only. You can still strategize with friends in spirit though!
