Straight up no. Radianite Points are a use-it-and-lose-it deal in Valorant. Choose wisely!

Tried it, couldn't do it. Spent my RP on some fancy effects thinking I could change my mind later. Lesson learned: Radianite Points don't get refunds. Make those spending decisions count!
