Epic Games has a pretty strict refund policy for V-Bucks. You can't refund V-Bucks directly, but you can refund in-game purchases like skins or emotes within 30 days through the in-game refund tickets.

From personal experience, you can't refund V-Bucks on Xbox. Instead, use the refund tokens available for in-game items if you really need to.
