Absolutely not. Think of the sea as part of GTA 5's unchangeable scenery. You're meant to enjoy the view, not erase it!

Nope, you can't remove the sea in GTA 5. The game's world is designed by Rockstar and isn't modifiable to that extent. The ocean is a fixed part of the map that you can't just delete or remove. However, there are mods that can alter the water level, but they don't remove the sea entirely, just make it possible to walk on the seabed in some areas.

Tried it once with mods, hoping to explore like a post-apocalyptic Los Santos. Ended up just breaking my game. So, from firsthand experience, you can't really remove the sea, and trying might do more harm than good.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
