Yep, you can return digital games, but there's a catch. You’ve got 14 days from the purchase date as long as you haven’t played it for more than 2 hours. Refunds aren’t guaranteed but worth a shot!

You can try requesting a refund for digital games through the Microsoft Store website. Don’t expect miracles, but they do consider it.

Bought a physical game? Just return it to the retailer where you got it, as long as it follows their return policy.

Nah, you can't generally return games unless they’re broken or something. Better choose wisely!

I've successfully returned a few digital games. Just go to 'Order History' on the Microsoft Store, find the game, and click on 'Request a refund!'

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
