Nah, you can't manually roll down the windows in GTA 5. Would be cool to get some fresh Los Santos air while cruising down Vinewood Boulevard, but unfortunately, the only way to get that breeze is to smash 'em. Not quite the same vibe!

In my years of playing GTA 5, rolling down windows never was an option. You either go full-enclosure or full-demolition mode on those windows. But hey, either way you're getting some air, right?
