Nope, you can't run out of gas in GTA 5. The cars you steal or own in the game essentially have unlimited fuel, so you can drive as much as you want without worrying about running out. Makes evading the cops a bit easier, doesn't it?
Absolutely not. The cars in GTA 5 could run forever if it wasn't for the occasional need to dodge missiles or bullets. Gasoline is infinite in Los Santos!
