Michael's fate is in your hands! If you go with ending C, then yes, you can totally save Michael and he gets to stick around. The other endings, however... might wanna avoid those if you're a Michael fan.

Nope, sorry buddy! In GTA 5, whether Michael lives or dies is totally up to you and the decisions you make during the game's climax. If you choose to save him (option C), then Michael will survive. But if you pick the other options where his fate is in jeopardy... let's just say he won't be joining you for any victory laps around Los Santos.

Actually, I chose to save Michael and he survived. So, it's definitely possible depending on the choices you make in the game.
