Actually, you can't directly sell an apartment in GTA 5. Best you can do is a trade-in when you're getting a new one. You'll get a chunk of change reduced from the new place's cost, but you won't just get cash in your hand for the old apartment.

Nope, you can't sell an apartment outright in GTA 5. What you can do, though, is trade it in when buying a new one. This means when you go for a new pad, you'll get some cash knocked off the price for your old place. It's not selling in the traditional sense, but hey, it's something!

Honestly, why would you even want to sell? Keep all the apartments and rule Los Santos like the property mogul you're meant to be!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
