Nah, direct sales are a no-go. GTA 5 doesn't let you sell property outright. You're stuck with it unless you're upgrading to a new spot.

You're outta luck if you're looking to liquidate your real estate in GTA 5. Best you can do is swap it for a different property and get some cash off the new purchase price. It's all about that upgrade life.

Nope, you can't sell garages in GTA 5 directly. What you can do, though, is trade them in when purchasing a new one. This gives you some credit towards the new purchase, kind of like part-exchanging a car. So, in a roundabout way, you're 'selling' it, but not directly for cash in hand.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
