Nope, you can't just sell properties in GTA 5 Online. You've gotta trade it for another. Bit of a bummer if you ask me.

Absolutely! In GTA 5 Online, you can't sell a property outright like you do with cars, but you can trade it in when buying a new one. When you purchase another property, you'll get a trade-in value for your current place. It's not the full amount you paid, but hey, it's something!

Yeah, selling properties in GTA 5 Online is a bit of a workaround situation. I traded my old apartment for a fancy new one and got some cash back. It's pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it. Just pick a new property, and the game will handle the rest!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
