Nah, you can't sell your properties directly in GTA 5 Online. Best you can do is trade them in when buying a new one for a bit of a discount. Kinda like part-exchanging your old car, but for crime lord hideouts.

Sadly, no cash for keys deals in Los Santos. You gotta trade in if you wanna downsize your empire.

Direct sales? Nope. But swapping out properties is the GTA real estate market's way of giving you a bit of cash back. So, sort of yes, but actually no.

You can't sell properties outright in GTA 5 Online. The game only lets you trade in your current property for a discount on a new one. No full cash-back option, unfortunately.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
