Unfortunately, gifting games directly through PSN isn't a feature yet. Maybe one day they'll catch up to Steam!

Not directly, but you can always buy a PlayStation Store gift card and send the code to your friend!

Nope, can't send gifts directly. Gifting is still a bit of a miss on PSN.
