Nope, you can't send Steam Gift Cards directly from your Steam Wallet. You gotta buy them separately with your usual payment methods. Steam Wallet funds are for your use on the Steam store only.

Unfortunately, no. Steam Wallet funds are for purchasing games, software, and other items on the Steam Store, not for buying gift cards. You'll need to use another payment method for gift cards.
