Technically yes, but actually no. You can let someone use your account, but it's against Steam's Terms of Service to share accounts. If they catch you, there might be consequences like getting your account suspended. Steam has a feature called Family Sharing, though. It lets family members access each other's games while keeping their accounts separate. Much safer and keeps everyone happy!
