You can't buy PS3-specific PSN cards anymore, but any current PlayStation Network card you buy will work for adding funds to your PS3 account.

Nope, Sony discontinued PS3 PSN cards. You can still add funds through the web or PS4/PS5 though!

I recently added funds to my PS3 by purchasing a PSN card intended for PS4/PS5. Works like a charm!
