Yes, you can cancel a non-instant payment. Just head over to your 'Activity' and select the transaction to cancel. If it’s already processed though, you might need to ask the recipient for a refund.
Just did this last week! Go to 'Activity', find the payment, and if it’s in a pending status, click 'Cancel'. If it's completed, contacting the recipient is your best bet.
