Yep, Plumeria is a great card for hand thinning in Pokemon TCG. It lets you discard 2 cards from your hand, then you can discard an Energy from one of your opponent's Pokemon. So not only do you get to thin your hand, but you also mess with your opponent's game plan.

Honestly, using Plumeria just to thin your hand might not be the best strategy. There are other cards that can do that without the cost of discarding two other cards. But, if it fits your deck's strategy to disrupt your opponent too, then go for it!

As someone who's played a ton of Pokemon TCG, Plumeria has been a clutch in many of my matches. Thinning your hand while disrupting your opponent鈥檚 energy? Priceless.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
