Nope, can't track it directly. But you should definitely report it to Sony and the authorities. They might be able to help if it goes online.
Just put a GPS tracker on it next time! But seriously, it's not trackable. Contact authorities and Sony ASAP.
I've been in this situation before. While there's no tracking, contacting Sony with your console's serial number might get you some assistance if it connects to PS Network.
