Can you trade in facilities in GTA 5?
Nope, you can't trade in facilities in GTA 5 like you can with properties. Once you buy a facility, it's yours unless you decide to replace it by buying a new one. The game doesn't give you the option to trade it in for a discount on a new one, unfortunately. So choose wisely!

Short answer, no. GTA 5 doesn't let you trade facilities. They're a one-and-done deal - buy carefully!
Actually, while you can't "trade in" facilities in the traditional sense, you can buy a new one at full price and your old one will be sold automatically. But, you won't get a direct trade-in value or discount towards the new purchase. It's not the best deal, but it's something!
