Nope, you can't directly trade Mega Pokémon in Pokémon GO. You'll have to trade the base form and then evolve it on your own!

Mega Pokémon can't be traded, but you can trade their regular forms and then use Mega Energy to evolve them yourself.

Been there, tried that. You can't trade Mega Pokémon, but trading regular ones and then evolving them works just fine!
