No, you can't trade Pokémon directly from Pokémon GO to Pokémon Shield. But, you can transfer them to Pokémon HOME and then to Shield.

Actually, you need to use Pokémon HOME as a bridge. First, transfer your Pokémon from GO to HOME, then move them to Shield.

I've done this myself! Transfer your Pokémon from GO to Pokémon HOME, then you'll be able to bring them over to Shield. It's a two-step process, but it works!
