Yep, I've done it! As long as you have a PS Plus subscription, you can upload saves to the cloud and then download them on your new console.

Yes, you can transfer your saves, but you'll need to use PlayStation Plus Cloud Storage. Just upload your saves to the cloud from your old console, then download them on your new one. Easy peasy!
