No, you can't directly transfer Pokémon from Pokémon GO to Pokémon Violet. Sorry, you'll need to catch 'em all separately.
Trust me, I've tried everything. There's no way to transfer your Pokémon from Pokémon GO to Pokémon Violet directly.
