Nah, you can't transfer GTA 5 progress from PS5 back to PS4. Once you upgrade and transfer your save to PS5, you're on that platform to stay. It’s a one-way street with no U-turns, my friend.

Actually, I tried going back and forth because I've got both consoles. Can confirm, GTA 5 progress is locked to the platform you transfer to. So, moving from PS5 back to PS4? Nope, no dice.
