Unfortunately, you can’t transfer your Warframe account from PC to PS4 anymore. They had a one-time migration in 2014, but since then, no dice!

Nope, can't transfer your Warframe account from PC to PS4. Bummer, I know!
Yeah, cross-save isn't a thing right now in Warframe. Once you're on PC, you gotta stick with it or start fresh on PS4!
It's a no-go for transferring accounts from PC to PS4. But hey, it's a great excuse to try a different Warframe from scratch!
