Nope, you can't turn them off. Gotta sneak past or run like the wind. Makes it super intense when you're low on resources and there's a turret between you and your next objective.

They're basically part of the charm. No switch to flip them off, unfortunately. But, good team coordination and distraction tactics can get you past them pretty much unscathed. It adds a whole layer of strategy to the game!
Wouldn't that make things a bit too easy? No, you can't turn off the turrets, and thank goodness for that. Keeps you on your toes!
