Unfortunately, you can't upload your own avatar directly on PSN. You're stuck choosing from the available options on the platform.

I feel your pain, but you can't put your own avatar on PSN. Hopefully, they'll add that feature someday!

Nope, uploading custom avatars on PSN isn't possible. You're limited to the ones Sony provides.
