Absolutely, you can use a racing wheel with GTA 5, but it might require some extra work. Officially, GTA 5 doesn’t have direct support for racing wheels, but you can get around this by using third-party software like x360ce or DS4Windows, which tricks the game into thinking the racing wheel is a standard controller. It’s like giving your game a little nudge to play nice with your racing setup.

From personal experience, setting up my racing wheel for GTA 5 was a game-changer. It took a bit of fiddling with third-party software to get everything working, but cruising down Los Santos with an actual wheel in my hands? Totally worth the effort. Makes every getaway feel like you're in a Fast & Furious movie.

Hot take: Just stick with a controller or keyboard. Setting up a racing wheel for GTA 5 feels like hacking the Pentagon. More trouble than it’s worth IMO.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
