Nope, Fallout 76 on PS4 doesn't support mouse and keyboard directly. You'll have to stick with the classic controller setup or look into a third-party adapter that can mimic controller inputs for mouse and keyboard, but use those at your own risk!

Short answer, no. Fallout 76 on PS4 doesn鈥檛 officially support keyboard and mouse. You鈥檙e better off mastering the controller.
