Nope, you can't directly use a PC War Thunder account on a PS4. They've got separate ecosystems, so you'll need to create a new account for PS4.

Tried it myself, and nope, your PC account won't work on PS4. Had to start fresh, but hey, more reasons to play more War Thunder!

You can't, unfortunately. Your progress on PC doesn't carry over to PS4 due to platform restrictions.
