Nope, you can't directly use a PS3 CD on a PS4. The PS4 isn't backward compatible with PS3 discs. But hey, Sony does offer some PS3 games in digital format through the PlayStation Store!

Unfortunately, the PS4 doesn't play PS3 CDs. You can stream some PS3 games via PlayStation Now, though.
