I've done it! Just mix a small amount of bleach with water, scrub gently, and rinse well. Worked great for me but don't overdo it!

You can, but be super careful! Dilute the bleach with lots of water and don't let them sit in it for too long. Rinse thoroughly afterwards.

Nope, not a good idea. The bleach can damage the material and ruin the color. Stick to mild soap and water.
