Honestly, sometimes the servers are just having a hiccup. Give it a few hours and try again.
I had this problem before! Just went to the Epic Games website, logged in, and redeemed the V-Bucks there. They showed up on my PlayStation after that!
Check your region settings. Occasionally, V-Buck codes are region-locked and won't work if your PlayStation account is set to a different region.
Make sure you're logged into the correct Epic Games account linked to your PlayStation. Sometimes it's as simple as double-checking your account settings!
