GTA 5 on Switch? Dream on! The Switch is cool and all, but it's not cut out for something as heavy-duty as GTA 5.

Actually, while it's true that the Switch might struggle with GTA 5 in its current form, never say never. Technology is advancing, and developers are constantly finding new ways to optimize games for different platforms. Who knows what the future holds?

Nope. GTA 5's high graphic requirements clash with the Nintendo Switch's hardware limitations. Even though the Switch is awesome for many types of games, it just doesn't have the horsepower to handle something as graphically intensive as GTA 5 without some serious compromises. So, as cool as it would be to take GTA on the go with Switch, it's not happening unless Rockstar decides to make a very trimmed down version.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
