I think it's possible! Given the popularity of the series and successful reboots of other animes, it wouldn't be shocking to see Soul Eater return someday.
Unlikely. The anime diverged from the manga, and reviving it could be complicated. Better read the manga for more content!
Honestly, if there's enough fan demand and the stars align, then why not? Stranger things have happened in the anime world!
