Yup, Dragon Ball Z switched from Ocean to Funimation around the time of the Ginyu Force saga in 1999.
Actually, the Ocean Group started dubbing Dragon Ball Z in the early 90s, but Funimation took over later. Trust me, I remember the shock when Goku's voice changed!
