Nope, not really. They left behind their tech and uploaded themselves into digital avatars. So physically gone, but mentally, they're kinda still kicking.
Honestly, they didn't survive, but they left traces of their existence everywhere. It's like they played the longest game of hide and seek in the universe.
Well, I played through Below Zero and it seems like the Architects' physical forms didn't survive, but their minds certainly did — sort of like a super advanced hard drive for alien consciousness!
