Not exactly a full remake, but they did give it a fresh coat of paint with Super Mario 3D All-Stars on the Switch. It’s more of a remaster though.

No, they haven't done a full modern remake yet, just some tweaks and releases on newer systems.

I played Super Mario 64 DS, and it's a great update to the original. New content and mini-games were fun!

Yes! Super Mario 64 got a lovely remake on the Nintendo DS called Super Mario 64 DS. It has more stars and playable characters like Yoshi, Luigi, and Wario!
