Just checked my purchase – my regular PSN copy of MK11 didn't have the beta. It was exclusive to pre-orders and special editions.

Nope, not all PSN versions of Mortal Kombat 11 come with the beta. Only certain pre-order editions included it.

I got the standard edition on PSN and no beta access here. Looks like you'll need to go for the special editions or pre-orders.
