Nope, all Legends in Apex Legends zip around the battlefield at the same base move speed. What can make them feel different, though, is their abilities or how bulky they look. Like, Gibraltar might seem slower than Octane because one's a big guy and the other's all about speed, but slap a weapon in their hands, and they'll sprint at the same pace.
Gonna have to burst some bubbles here, but everyone runs at the same speed. It's all in your head if you think otherwise.
